Denvil was being retired from U. S. Army with disability of Krohn's Diesease,  rhumatoric arthritius of the spine, and post-war syndrome.  wanda was learning to live with broken dreams and emptiness.

After inviting Jesus into our hearts, Denvil was able to go to bed and sleep all night the first time in years.  when he realized the great peace that had touched his mind, his body, his spirit, he wanted to know more about this great experience.  He began to read the Holy Bible.  He believed every word after he had received. 

we were married on June 20, 1977.  Neither of us had been blessed with children at this time.

July 28, 1978, Phillip Den Keele was born to this union. Guess what?  We had a prize package.  Phillip was borned Down's Syndrome.  Neither of us knew nothing about this subject.

Now it was time for us to prove this great peace and great word Den had found.

All kind of problems looked us in the eye.  We immediately began to lean on more of this great experience with Jesus Christ.  Denvil began to read about God's healing powers and we began to do the things the Bible taught us that Jesus did for the sick and afflicted.  Glory to God!  Hallelujah! Thank you, Jesus!  Praise the Lord! and Amen!  It began to work for us.  Phillip would get into trouble with his lungs........God would heal him.  We took him to the local ER in Iuka, Ms..  The intern on duty recognized the Down's characteristics and did not give him any medical help.  Instructed us to take him home and give him tylenol.  Next day, ER worker came by to go deer hunting with Den.  He asked to see Phillip.  Word was the intern on duty did not expect Phillip to make it through the night.  He did not know when we got Phillip home we sought God intensely for his touch.  Wanda promised God if he delivered her first born from this death thing she would commit her whole life to his (God)'s Will.

God spared Phillip.  Many times we had to go back to the throne room for survival. 

Eighteen months later April Sue Keele was borned to this union of marriage.  Again, we were blessed with a baby that had a need.  April's hips were not in place.  She had to be put into braces.  Again. back to the throne room for help.By this time, we know where to go to find HELP!  Amen.

During this period of time, Denvil surrendered to preach this wonderful gospel that we had experienced in real life.

Many church goers did not receive this glorious gospel.  Those that have a need seem to be able to believe in the Divine Almighty God.  Therefore,  we stuck to the Word and did not get entangled with denomination.

Denvil and Wanda both had equal commitments to find the abundant life they found explained in the Word of God!
